Cancellation Policy
Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their car rental reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental cost. No-shows at the time of pick-up will be charged the full rental amount.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving a cancellation request. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the reservation.
Please note that any additional fees or charges incurred during the rental period, such as fuel or additional services, are non-refundable.
Modification Policy
Customers can modify their reservation details, such as pick-up/drop-off location or rental duration, at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Modifications requested within 24 hours of the reservation will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Security Policy
A security deposit will be pre-authorized on the customer's credit card at the time of pick-up to cover any potential damages or additional charges. The deposit will be released after 21 days from the date of the vehicle return in its original condition.
Terms and Conditions
Customers are advised to review the complete terms and conditions provided during the booking process. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in additional fees or charges.
The car rental company reserves the right to modify or update these policies without prior notice.
